The Italian automaker will bring the 2012 Fiat Panda at this year’s 64th edition Frankfurt Motor Show, and has already published and initial set of photos and details referring to the new mini model.
Measuring 3,650 mm in length, 1,640 mm in width and 1,550 mm in height, the automaker says the 2012 Fiat Panda is
"easier to move, park, have the right amount of space and modulate it to
your liking, feel at ease and relate with others."
Until now this model has generated over 6.5 million sales, and this third generation is expected to continue its success due to the various improvements that have been made in terms of passenger and luggage space, interior quality, design and propulsion.
The 2012 Fiat Panda will initially be launched as a front wheel drive model, while the Panda 4×4 will also be introduced at a later time. The engine lineup will comprise of the automaker’s 85 HP 0.9 TwinAir Turbo, the 65 HP 0.9 Aspirated TwinAir, the 69 HP 1.2 Fire
and the 75 HP 1.3 Multijet II plants, plus the ca will be available in three trim levels, 10 body colours and 4 interior environments.
The new generation Panda will also come with two 14 and 15 inch alloy wheels designs and according to the automaker, the number of possible variations between powertrains and equipment is 600.
Information regarding the 2012 Fiat Panda price was not announced yet.
