After releasing the second set of photos with the company’s new 4-door coupe, the German automaker has also announced the 2011 Mercedes CLS price and confirmed the engine range for the European market.
Order books for the 2011 Mercedes CLS have already been opened, and motorisation options at launch include two V6 engines badged as the 350 BlueEFFICIENCY and the 350 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY.
On the 2011 Mercedes CLS 350 BlueEFFICIENCY the 3.5-litre V6 unit features ECO start stop technology as standard and produces 305 horsepower. As for the 2011 Mercedes CLS 350 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY the V6 diesel plant output 265 horses.  
The 2011 Mercedes CLS price starts at 63,427 Euro for the 350 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY while the petrol version goes on sale priced at 64,617 Euro.
A third engine option will become available for the 2011 Mercedes CLS in March 2011, when customers will be also able to choose the 2.1-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged plant delivering 204 HP on the 250 CDI BleuEFFICIENCY.
The 2011 Mercedes CLS 250 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY price starts at 59,857 Euro and in this case fuel consumption is 5.1-litres per 100 Km (46.1 mpg US rating).
The most powerful version non AMG model will be the 2011 Mercedes CLS 500 BleuEFFICIENCY which packs 408 HP, and for which deliveries will begin in April 2011.
