It looks like Audi has decided to revamp nearly all its models ahead of Frankfurt. One recent model that received a facelift is the Audi RS5, which in case you forgot, was only introduced in the first quarter of 2010.
This new 2012 Audi RS5 Facelift comes with a revised front fascia which mainly includes new headlamps with new LED designs, plus the slightly modified bumper, whereas the rear is now featuring new taillamps.
The 2012 Audi RS5 has also received newly designed 20 inch alloys and if compared to the standard A5, this facelifted model is 23 mm loner, 6 mm wider and also 6 mm lower.
The engine powering the revised model remains the same, which means there are 450 HP and 430 Nm of torque being produced by a 4.2-litre naturally aspirated engine. Performance figure remain the same, meaning the 0 to 62 mph sprint is covered in 4.6 seconds while top speed is limited to 155 mph.
The 2012 Audi RS5 Facelift uses the company’s trademark Quattro AWD system, and is also fitted with a 7-speed S tronic dual clutch transmission.
At the interior the car comes with a new sports steering wheel, and a redesigned ignition key and gear shifter.
