Autocar is back to work this time with a review that involves the 2011 BMW 535d version which features the M Sport package.
Priced at 45,320 GBP the 2011 BMW 535d extracts its power from a 2993cc 6-cylinder diesel engine which develops 295 bhp @ 4,400 rpm and 442 lb-ft of torque @ 1,750 rpm. This engine spins the wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission, which helps the 2011 BMW 535d achieve 46.3 mpg in a combined cycle, while CO2 emissions are of 162 grams per Km.
The car’s kerb weight is 1,790 Kg and in terms of performance the2011 BMW 535d can sprint from nought to 62 mph (0 to 100 Km/h) in 5.7 seconds, and reach a limited top speed of 155 mph (250 Km/h).
