The 2010 Renault Megane Estate wagon, a vehicle that is the 5th model in the Megan range was released today by the French automaker along with photos and details while market launch is set for the end of June. Compared to the Hatchback version the 2010 Renault Megane Estate wagon has a 2,702 mm long wheelbase and under the hood it can accommodate a choice of eight diesel powerplants or six petrol engines. The long range of engines available will include the new TCe 130, and the 2.0 16V 140 which drives through a CVT continuously variable transmission as well as the dCi 110 DPF at the beginning of 2010.
The 2010 Renault Megane Estate wagon offers a 2,550 mm maximum load length and will come equipped with a long list of interior and exterior customization accessories, as well as a range of practical items associated with estate cars (tow bars, stowage solutions, etc.).
