This next footage is here to show what a 260 mph crash looks like from inside the car. This scary experience took place during the October 2010 Bonneville World Finals, where Danny Thompson lifted off the salt at approximately 265 mph (425 Km/h) while driving the world’s fastest Mustang.
The car flew 110 feet before touching ground again, but fortunately Danny remained unhurt, with no injuries whatsoever, as he remained strapped on to the seat throughout the hole ‘fly and crash’ experience. Even Danny’s iPhone 4 found inside his uniform remained unscratched so that’s what we call a well built roll cage,
