Seigen based German tuners from B&B Automobiltechnik have presented their latest development : an extensive performance upgrade program for the Volkswagen T5 2.0 TSI.
The process of turning the BB Volkswagen T5 2.0 TSI into a machine that packs 320 HP and 495 Nm of torque began with revising the engine electronics, optimising the air induction and airflows, increasing the boost pressure and programming the new fuel injection map.
The next phase involves B&B fitting the engine with a special turbocharger, along with a modified air intake and a sport exhaust system, and the result is a van that sprints from 0 to 100 Km/h in 6.5 seconds (up from 8.5 seconds) which can also reach a top speed of 228 Km/h (up from 200 Km/h).
Other enhancements performed by B&B on the Volkswagen T5 2.0 TSI include a special oil cooling system, a high-performance intercooler and a custom downpine which helps reduce exhaust back pressure and exhaust temperature.
The cost of upgrading your Volkswagen T5 2.0 TSI with this stage 4 power program is 12,950 Euro.
Additionally, B&B is also offering lower springs (348 Euro), adjustable coilovers (1,598 Euro), front and rear stabilizers (498 Euro) and a 4- or 6-piston high performance brake system (3,795 Euro), all of which help improve performance and maximize the feeling of safety.
